30-day money-back guarantee
HabitTracker offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Habitude Pro subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Request a refund directly from your order page, or contact Paddle support from there.
- You can also contact HabitTracker support and we will help coordinate the request with Paddle.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, your Habitude Pro access will end and your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your habit data is preserved; only Pro-only features are deactivated.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; Pro access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
